How to Order

3. We will respond to your request within 1 working day to confirm your order and issue an invoice. Payment instructions will also be provided. For payment by bank transfer, we will provide the bank account details in the invoice.
4. We provide FREE shipping by courier service within Peninsular Malaysia. Standard shipping charges apply for orders from outside Peninsular Malaysia. Please request for a quote before confirming your order.
5. Once payment is received, your item will be shipped within 1 working day. We will send you a Tracking Number to track the status of your delivery.
Miscellaneous:
For orders that require prescription lenses to be made, please send us a copy of your prescription by your local optician/optometrist/eye care provider. If you have previously made a pair of glasses with eSaver Optical, kindly provide details such as Receipt No and Outlet/branch so that we can check your record.
